Catherine Dudley-Rose

Writer - Director - Producer

Catherine is an award winning writer/director, actress and musician. She has taught at the NY Stage & Film Program, the Broadway Theater Institute, and been a guest artist, director and performer internationally. She is a National Film Challenge winner, and an Emerging Director finalist in Seattle. This year she was a kick off speaker for the Citizen Jane Film Festival, celebrating female directors. She is an NEA funded grant recipient, for her feature length screenplay Parallel Chords and has been commissioned to write three other screenplays. She is gearing up to release the feature in 2018.

Additionally, she has created music for MTV, done string arrangements for Platinum selling Kate Nash, has performed on violin for an audience of 80,000, has recorded and/or performed w/Grammy artists, and numerous musicians of different styles. She has worked multiple times with favorite Theater World award winner, and recording artist Nellie McKay. As an actress, she has been in dozens of films, TV, and stage productions in New York and internationally. 

 

Bjorn Johnson

Bjorn Johnson has accrued over 30 years professional experience as a working actor of stage and screen since receiving his BA in Dramatic Literature from George Williams College, Ill. Starring in countless theater productions, highlights include: the critically acclaimed US Premiere of Trio in Los Angeles, Cyrano: The Musical w/ Robert Guillaume on Broadway, and being cast in the 1st national tour of Les Misérables.

Bjørn has been a guest star on such hit TV shows as Dexter, Madmen, ER, the Sopranos, Nip/Tuck, Law and Order, Criminal Minds, and CHUCK, among others. His principle film credits range in tone from the psychologically twisted horror/thriller The Hunger, to the cult-comedy favorite Beerfest. Bjørn spent 15 years in NYC, furthering his study at Circle-In-The-Square Conservatory, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and Juilliard School of Drama and Opera Programs. Opening Bjørn Johnson Acting Studio in Los Angeles in 2001, Bjørn continues to push himself and his students to tackle projects that are challenging and scary. He is currently on the STARZ series Counterpart.

Rachel Ann

Rachel Ann is a recent graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy's integrated program in New York City. She currently lives in Manhattan and is pursuing a career in acting.  Since graduating she has had the pleasure of playing Dorothy in "Vestiges" at the Secret Theater, NY. Rachel is originally from the Catskills in upstate New York, where she performed at many local theaters. She met Parallel Chords writer, Catherine Dudley-Rose in NY when they both were in production of "The Cricket on the Hearth". Rachel has a long history with the script, and is excited to have the chance to play the role of Jaqueline.

 

Corey Webb

Corey Webb recently moved back to his hometown of Charleson, SC after spending two years studying electronic music production in London. He holds a B.A. in Music Theory /Composition but spent his middle/high school years studying acting at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities as well as the Charleston County School of the Arts. Now he primarily does voice-over work and songwriting/singing work for agencies based in London and in Brazil. But a chance to act on camera now and again is one of his guilty pleasures. He is truly grateful to be playing the role of Marty in Parallel Chords (overture).

 

Hannah Radcliff

Cinematographer

Hannah Radcliff is an award winning cinematographer and director. A jack-of-all-trades, she is the owner of Thumbcat Media with a background in cinema and works as a traveling camera operator. She recently completed work on the feature film, Four Way Stop, and has started an additional business for DSLR camera users called the Logger's Lunchbox. She is a Midwest Emmy winner and her short films have won multiple awards including - best director, best short film, and best cinematography.

 

Hannah and Catherine co-directed the film, Farewell, which was a National Film Challenge finalist, and won "Best Fantasy Film" in 2013. The film was later invited to screen at the Citizen Jane Film Festival in 2014. Additionally, Catherine did the score for Hannah's short film "Dusk" which played at the 2014 St. Louis International Film Festival. Parallel Chords (overture) was selected for 2015.

 

PATRICK LAWRENCE

Editor

In addition to editing, Patrick is also a drummer and an award winning director from St. Louis. He was the perfect match for our music driven film, and his work as an editor was seen at the Sundance film festival in 2016! Patrick was also on the editing team for the Academy Award winning Mad Max: Fury Road.

 

He recently won the James Bay Film Project which funds a short film through the Universal Music Group with Patrick at the helm working with Grammy nominated musician James Bay. Patrick is based in Los Angeles, California.
